For all debaters who are involved in the DAV D Grade competition, here are some tips of how your case should be set up.
With this we will relate this to the Round 4 topic of: That the internet does more harm than good.

3RD SPEAKERS:
The more we are on-line, the more we will decline. (Try to start the debate with a Time Line. It is a critical part of debating to show that as a team you link together)
Tonight we have seen the opposition put many points followed unfortunately there are many flaws in their case.
Tonight their First Speaker Stated...........Though we believe....... (As a third speaker, it is critical to do at least 3 to 4 minutes of rebuttal in D Grade. This can be done by either looking at the points each speaker brings up and give your argument towards it. The other way is to do thematical rebuttal. This requires the debater to list closely to what the opposition team split is and then discuss each issue of the debate separately)
Tonight our team has put forward arguments ...... (In summary, try to give at least 30 seconds per speaker just to remind the adjudicator what your team has said tonight)
The more we are on-line, the more we decline. (Always finish with your team's team line)
